My Wonderful Week in New Orleans




I recently spent a week in New Orleans celebrating my birthday with family, friends and LOTS of incredible food and drink. I went to some of my favorite restaurants, caught up with some friends, made some new ones and even toured my favorite bean company facility-Camellia Beans. I came home happy, rejuvenated and ready to recreate these dishes for my hometown friends!
